Glass Fusing

Glass fusing is way easier than it looks! With glass projects, we show you how to cut glass and combine it to make a design. No paint means no mess! Each project is priced individually based on size. We have stencils to help you along the way or you can just freestyle it. We accept walk-ins any time! Here's how it works:

Clay

Ever wanted to just "play in the clay"? Now you can. Similarly to play-doh, we have clay balls and slabs available to you so you can make almost anything your heart desires. The best part is, you can choose to paint on the wet clay right after you make your project or or come back and paint once it's been fired. We accept walk-ins any time! Here's how it works:

  • Step 2: Our friendly staff will prepare your      clay, explain how it  works, and give you clay glue and tools to make your project.

  • Step 3: Once you are done, you can decide   if you would like to paint on the wet clay or  come back to paint once it has been fired.

  • Step 4: Once it is finished, we will fire it up,    this typically takes up to 3 weeks.

  • Step 5: When your piece is fired, we will call  you to come pick it up.

Pottery Wheel

The pottery wheel is by far the funnest and messiest way to play in the clay. Whether you have never touched clay before or you just need a refresher course, we have a class for you starting at ages ten and up. We offer a one time class if you're just looking to try it out, or a four week class if you want a little more practice and hands-on experience. Either way, you can expect to wear pants or shorts you don't mind getting dirty and be sure to tie your hair back. Short finger nails are ideal for pottery classes. Here's how it works:

One Time Wheel Class

  • $65 per person

  • Ages 10+ only

  • Each class is two hours: the first hour  for making the pot and the second hour for painting it. (Yes! You can paint it the same day!)

  • You learn: making a hole, opening the floor, raising the walls, and shaping your pot.

  • One time wheel classes typically make a small bowl or vase.

  • Once your piece is done, we will clear-glaze and fire it. This typically takes up to three weeks.

Four Week Wheel Class

  • $165 per person

  • Ages 10+ only

  • Each class meets once a week for four weeks and each class session is two hours. These classes must be taken consecutively for four weeks.

  • You learn: Wedging, centering, making a hole, opening the floor, raising the walls, shaping your pot, and trimming.

  • Four week classes typically make a small bowl or vase. Once a student learns the basics, they may progress to more advanced pieces such as a mug or plate.

  • Once your piece is done, we will fire it (2-3 weeks) and call you to glaze it. You may do this any time we are open outside of class.

Greenware

Starting with greenware is the traditional way of doing ceramics. This means that rather than choosing a piece that is already ready-to-paint, you get to prepare it for painting yourself. We have several pieces to choose from that have been molded in-house. We mold the piece for you and let it dry as clay. All you have to do is scrape the seams off and leave it to be fired. After this, you can come back to paint it! Walk-ins are always welcome! Here's how it works:

  • Step 1: Stop in and select a piece of greenware.

  • Step 2: Our friendly staff will set you up with        cleaning tools and supplies and will demonstrate the process.

  • Step 3: Once you are done, we will fire up your  project.

  • Step 4: When your project has been fired, we      will call to let you know that it is ready to paint.

  • Step 5: After you have been called, feel free to    stop in anytime to paint your project.

  • Step 6: When you are done painting we will fire    your project again and call when it is ready.
